Justin Bieber is a new clip to be released, the song "That Should BeMe " and will be in the clip, the music group Rascal Flatts. Bieber's partnership with the musicians had been confirmed since last year(posted here) and on this day February 21, Justin met with them in Los Angeles to begin recording.
