Bieber recently struggled to get his team to reschedule the dates of release of his film in some countries, among them, Brazil will be able to see the movie one month before the start date, the new release date will be February 25th. Thus, Bieber Mania is launching a project for those beliebers boybeliebers and we can call more daring and take the motto of Never Say Never from head to toe, plus within their hearts of course.
 Bieber is a true gift to his fans, he teaches them to do what his movie says, "never say never" and believe that while some things seem difficult they may happen or turn into something good and real than ever we come to imagine it would be possible.
